Shipping policy

Processing time

All Lacesso Studio products are handmade to order.

Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Production time may vary depending on current demand, product size, and the level of customization.

If an order is expected to take longer than this, Lacesso Studio will contact you.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Switzerland

Orders within Switzerland are shipped using the available Swiss postal service options shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, postal service, and customs processing. International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lacesso Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Delays and lost parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times are outside Lacesso Studio’s direct control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact Lacesso Studio so the shipment can be investigated with the carrier where possible.
