These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Lacesso Studio online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Products and handmade nature
All Lacesso Studio products are handmade. Slight variations in stitch tension, dimensions, color appearance, motif placement, and finishing may occur and are part of the handmade nature of each item.
Product photographs are intended to represent colors and designs as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, yarn batches, and screen settings.
Made-to-order products
Most Lacesso Studio products are made to order according to the options selected at checkout, including size, colors, design, closure, and personalization.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization information. Please review all entered information carefully before submitting your order.
If a requested personalization cannot be produced as entered—for example, if a name does not fit the selected bandana size—Lacesso Studio may contact you to agree on an alternative before production begins.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that it can be produced exactly as requested. Lacesso Studio reserves the right to contact you regarding unavailable materials, incompatible customization options, or other production issues.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, it may be cancelled and any amount already paid will be refunded.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Any applicable shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges will be shown where possible or remain the responsibility of the customer.
Production time
Products are handmade to order. Production normally takes approximately 1–3 weeks before shipping, depending on current demand, product size, and level of customization.
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and correct.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination and shipping service used and are outside Lacesso Studio’s direct control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted before production has begun.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for change of mind are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized products.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Lacesso Studio promptly so an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Product use and safety
Lacesso Studio accessories are intended for normal decorative use on dogs.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate size and ensuring that products fit comfortably and safely.
Products should be inspected regularly for wear or damage and should not be used if damaged.
Decorative crochet products are not intended to replace safety equipment such as collars, harnesses, or restraints unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All Lacesso Studio designs, photographs, graphics, branding, text, and other original content remain the property of Lacesso Studio unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.
Personal information
Personal information collected through the store is handled in accordance with the Lacesso Studio Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
Lacesso Studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version made available at the time the order is placed.
Applicable law
These Terms of Service and purchases made through Lacesso Studio are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to the customer.
