Widerrufsrecht

Each Lacesso Studio item is handmade to order based on your selected size, colors, design, closure and personalization. Because products are made specifically to your choices, returns, exchanges and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Please review all measurements, colors and customization details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or personalization, please contact me before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun. Once work on your order has started, cancellation is no longer possible because materials and production time have already been committed to your custom piece.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you ordered, please contact Lacesso Studio as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Normal handmade variations in stitch tension, dimensions, color appearance or motif placement are not considered defects.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Under Swiss law, online sellers are not required to offer a general cooling-off or return period unless they choose to do so.

For customers in the EU, the usual 14-day withdrawal right does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged or not as described. EU consumer rules, for example, still provide remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return shipping

Where a return is approved because an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return-shipping arrangements will be agreed with you before the item is sent back.

Please do not return any product without contacting Lacesso Studio first.
